Flying Food Group is Hiring a Dispatcher Near Jamaica, NY
- Printing and preparation of Boarding Bills
- Receiving meal orders and counts from customers
- Record all meal orders onto dispatch log and database
- Account for signed boarding bills for transfer to accounts receivable department
- Requisition British Airways beverage trolleys to drivers
- Other duties as they pertain to meal ordering and information dissemination
- Computer knowledge of Microsoft programs: EXCEL, WORD, PowerPoint and ability to use other Windows based programs.
- Reliable, able to work in fast paced environment
- Fluent in English –READ –WRITE -SPEAK
- Able to work with others as a TEAM PLAYER.
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of computer hardware (printers)
- Able to perform multiple tasks and prioritize tasks.
- Must be willing to work various shifts including night shifts if needed
